Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be shipped. Once the order is placed the shipping address cannot be changed. Eco-Friendly Tots is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed; if you have not contacted us to purchase shipping insurance prior to completing your order. 

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Eco-Friendly Tots is not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Orders placed in the United States generally reach the destination within a week after your order is fulfilled and shipped. International Customers should receive their package in 2-3 weeks after the order is fulfilled and shipped. These estimates may be affected by circumstances out of our control.
